2023 Annual Meeting Notice

March 16, 2023

Dear friends, neighbors and Harbor Oaks property owners :
The Annual Meeting for Harbor Oaks Property Owners Association will be held on
Sunday April 16, 2023. The meeting time is set for 2:00 pm. The meeting location
will be the Key Allegro Yacht Club, located at 1796 Bay Shore Drive in Key Allegro.
Water, coffee and soft drinks will be served.

A Voting Proxy will be mailed to the property address of record, just in case you
are unable to attend the April 16th meeting. You may designate another Harbor
Oaks property owner to cast your vote, or the HOPOA board of directors will cast
your vote if you choose. Please fill out your proxy, sign it and mail to:
